Introduction to Smart Locker Service

  • SF Express has launched the latest smart locker service. There are hundreds of smart lockers in Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories, outlying islands, major small houses, housing estates, shopping malls and industrial buildings. There is always one near you.
  • Most smart lockers provide 24-hour pickup service.
  • The recipient only needs to use the one-time password notified by SMS to pick up the goods.

  • There are both "ready-stock" and "pre-order" products in the order. All products will be delivered together after the "pre-order" products arrive.
  • If the product in the order is "out of stock", you can choose to refund / switch to other products (repay / refund the difference).
  • If there is a problem of out of stock after deposit, we will refund you within 7 days after receiving your bank account information.
  • Your order cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Please understand and cooperate.
  • Due to the wrong delivery address provided by the customer, our company will not arrange delivery again, please check it carefully.
  • Because the customer did not pick up the package after the deadline, he was unable to receive the SF Express package or the Shunbian Smart Cabinet package. The customer must call the SF Express or Shunbian Smart Cabinet service hotline in person to handle the relevant matters related to package inquiry and re-delivery. Our company does not provide relevant package inquiry services. If the goods are not picked up after the deadline and are returned to our company, an additional $100 administrative fee will be charged. Please collect the goods on time.
  • Courier cash on delivery------means that the courier fee is paid by the consignee.
